VISITORS to the Suffolk Punch Trust open day this weekend will have the chance to win an original work by talented local artist Carol Cresswell.
Carol, a 'Friend' of the trust, has given the piece for the raffle and will also be producing studies of the horses to sell as mounted or framed copies, with a percentage going to the charity.
The open day will run from 10am until 4pm on Sunday, August 2 at the Colony Stud, Hollesley Bay, near Woodbridge and will feature the seven foals born at the stud this year.
Carol's work is currently being exhibited at Banham Zoo; you can see more at her website www.wildlifefineart.com
