An out of control bonfire in Great Bromley was extinguished by firefighters in Essex this morning.
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service was called to Frating Road, to the bonfire at a pallet yard, which had spread to nearby hedgerows, at 9.31am.
Two crews from Colchester used hosereels while wearing breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire by 10.21am.
