The incident happened at the junction with the A140 and A1156 at Coddenham just before 12pm today.
A male driver received treatment for minor injuries by paramedics at the scene, but did not get taken to hospital.
Police closed one lane of the carriageway for over two hours while they awaited recovery of the Iveco Ford lorry, which had turned on to its side.
There has also a collision at lunchtime on the interchange between the A14 and A12 at Bucklesham.
An ambulance spokesperson said the accident, at just gone 1pm, involved two vehicles and a woman was being treated at the scene for minor injuries.
A 25-year-old man was also treated for a leg injury in a crash on the London Road of the A11 at Elvedon early this afternoon.
