Essex Police officers have arrested two people following an incident on the A120 today.
A van was driven off the road between Colchester and the A133 junction during the afternoon, which Essex Police confirmed in a tweet had been stolen from the Thames Valley area.
Officers arrested two people for various crimes during the incident, who are in police custody this evening.
The incident caused severe tailbacks on the road, with delays reported as far as the A12.
