Pair arrested over Suffolk rape claims

TWO men from London have today been arrested on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old girl as she walked along a town centre alleyway.The teenager was allegedly raped in the early hours of Monday morning close to the King's Theatre in Fitzroy Street, Newmarket.

TWO men from London have today been arrested on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old girl as she walked along a town centre alleyway.

The teenager was allegedly raped in the early hours of Monday morning close to the King's Theatre in Fitzroy Street, Newmarket.

The arrested men, aged 17 and 18, are currently in custody in London but a police spokesman confirmed they would be brought to Suffolk for questioning later today.
