Police are investigating are two people tricked their way into a woman’s home in Kirby Cross, Essex.
The incident happened in Woburn Avenue between 11am and 12pm on February 2, when a man and a woman distracted a woman in her 80s outside her home.
The woman tried to get directions before following the homeowner into her home, and stealing a bank card which was then used to withdraw over £2,000.
The pair are described as white and aged in their 30s.
