A by-election for the Pakefield seat on Suffolk County Council is being held tomorrow, the same day as the district council elections in Waveney, Thursday, May 4.
The by-election has been called following the resignation of Labour's Stephen Barrett.
Terence Kelly will be defending the seat for Labour where he will be up against Conservative Kenneth Sale, Peter Guyton of the Liberal Democrats, UKIP candidate Derek Hackett and Ann Skipper of the Green Party.
