PETERBOROUGH’S Knock Out Cup semi final against beaten Grand Finalists Poole, scheduled for Thursday, has been called off.
The East of England Showground circuit is currently under water and track curator Dean Wyers said: “It has been impossible to get any of our track equipment onto the track and it will need a couple of dry days to be able to do anything.”
It is hoped that the tie can be re-arranged for next Monday (October 11) and a further announcement will be made once the re-staging date has been confirmed with all parties.
