A PEDESTRIAN is believed to have been seriously injured after an accident in Colchester tonight.
The accident, between the pedestrian and a car, happened near Tescos on Greenstead Road in the town at about 7.20pm.
A spokesman for Essex Police said tonight: “We have had reports of a serious accident on Greenstead Road in Colchester which could be life threatening.
“The accident involved a car and a pedestrian, near a bus stop, with one person injured.”
