POLICE are appealing for information after the body of an 89-year-old man was found at his home address.
The body of Gordon Read was discovered at a property in Saham Hills, Thetford, on Thursday.
Norfolk Constabulary this morning made an appeal for information in a bid to trace Mr Read's next of kin on behalf of Her Majesty's Coroner.
A police spokesman said: “There were no suspicious circumstances and he died of natural causes. Unfortunately no next of kin have come forward and the coroner's officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have known Mr Read or know where his family may be.”
Anyone with information should contact Norwich Coroner's Office on 01603 632905.
