The 32-year-old woman from Colchester was arrested in New Town on Tuesday morning.
Officers in Colchester have arrested a woman on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs.
Officers seized a substantial amount of cannabis at the address along with drug paraphernalia and cash.
The intelligence for the arrest was gathered through Colchester’s Street Weeks initiative.
Officers then worked alongside partners from Colne Housing to execute a warrant at the property in Artillery Street.
Pc Hayley Langmead, who lead the warrant, said: “This is a great example of how initiatives such as Street Weeks help us to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in our community.
“Street Weeks is about listening to local people and taking action. Through our strong relationship with members of the Community Safety Partnership, such as Colne Housing, we are able to tackle these issues and resolve matters of concern to the community.”
