A 33-YEAR-old man from Newmarket has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal road traffic crash in the town last December.

A 33-YEAR-old man from Newmarket has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal road traffic crash in the town last December.

Stephen Hockley, 54, from Dullingham, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision on the A142 in Newmarket on December 3 last year.

Philip Milbank, 33, of Fordham Road, Newmarket, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and is due before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds on April 15.
