A 31-year-old man who went missing from his home in north Essex has been located by police.

Robert McGuigan went missing from his home in Chelmsford yesterday, Thursday December 6, at 5.50pm.

Today, Essex Police announced on social media that they had located Mr McGuigan just after seven this morning.

They thanked the public for their help in trying to find him.
