POLICE officers are urging people to be on the look out for a wanted man.
Essex police are appealing for help in tracking down Oliver Shepard, who is wanted on recall to prison.
He is wanted on warrant having breached his licence conditions.
The 21-year-old is described as white, around 6ft 1ins tall, of medium build, with straight blonde hair and a scar above his left eyebrow.
The labourer’s last known address was Hamspted Avenue in Clacton-on-Sea.
But a spokesman for Essex police said he is known to frequent the Stanway and Colchester areas.
The spokesman said he is known to use variations of spellings for his surname.
Anyone with information in connection with Oliver Shepard’s whereabouts is urged to contact detectives at Clacton police station on 0300 333 4444.
