Firefighters were called to the Elton Park business centre in Hadleigh Road at 3.42am to tackle a car and van on fire.
The blazes, which were brought under control just after 4am, are being investigated by police.
At 5.41am, suspected arsonists targeted a van outside a property in Holbrook Road. Two fire crews found the vehicle well alight and put out the flames within 20 minutes.
