Police have released images of two men they want to speak to in connection with a robbery at a Co-op in Silver End.
Two assailants, one armed with a baseball bat, entered the Co-op in Broadway, Silver End, shortly before 10am on Sunday, May 14.
They demanded money from two female members of staff and stole a bag of loose change.
One suspect is described as white, slim, and 5ft 8in in height. He wore a white scarf over his face and a light grey hooded top underneath a black Nike zip-up jacket with white zip.
He carried a small black square bag and may have also been carrying an unknown sharp object.
The man armed with a baseball bat was described as white, around 5ft 11in tall and slim. He wore a dark padded bodywarmer, a baseball cap, dark hooded top and dark trousers and a scarf over his face.
Anyone who recognises either of these men or has any information about the incident is asked to call Pc Gemma White at Braintree police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
