The 21-year-old is from Zielona Gora and is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Polish racing.
Swindon boss Alun Rossiter said: “I'm sure the Swindon fans will be delighted with this news, to have such a talent riding for us is a big boost to our team building.”
