FIREFIGHTERS had to rescue four people - including one pregnant woman - from a lift today.The four people entered the lift at about 2.15pm on the top floor of Ipswich County Court, on Arcade Street, when the doors suddenly shut and the lift dropped down by about a foot and stopped.
FIREFIGHTERS had to rescue four people - including one pregnant woman - from a lift today.
The four people entered the lift at about 2.15pm on the top floor of Ipswich County Court, on Arcade Street, when the doors suddenly shut and the lift dropped down by about a foot and stopped.
Court staff attempted to help but had to call the fire service. After about 15 minutes the people were freed.
