An ‘unmissable’ exhibition of revealing nature photographs opens in Suffolk this weekend.
The Royal Photographic Society’s nature group exhibition takes place from September 30 to October 15 at Wingfield Barns, near Stradbroke.
The free exhibition features 110 prints and 233 projected images in galleries open between 11am and 4pm, Wednesdays to Sundays.
Moira Ellice, East Anglia region exhibition coordinator, said: “This is an exhibition not to miss. There will be 343 prints and projected images on display – images from a wide variety of species and subjects, representing the diverse interest of the nature group members.”
Among photos, 52 have won awards for excellence, with society gold medals given to Liz Cutting for ‘Mountain Hare Scratching’ and Chris Ellison’s ‘Two Apollos’.
Electrical store, Hughes of Martlesham has loaned a screen to display a slideshow of the projected images.
