Tower Street Print Project in Ipswich will be running a number of hands on print making courses over the summer.
Print making is a traditional way of transferring images onto paper and the workshops will include how to make and print special occasion cards, as well as printing aprons and tea towels.
Courses will be run during the months of June and July, courses range from £32 for half day courses and £135 for a four week course. The courses have been organised by artist/printmakers Robert and Alison Smyth, they aim to “bring the art form of print making to people who may not have the opportunity, to take part in an arts activity or to become print makers.”
All courses will be “hands on” and they strongly encourage beginners, who are welcome to attend all courses.
For full course details and dates available, visit towerstprintproject.org.uk or contact Alison by calling 07990 553662.
