Vegetarian food giant Quorn has recalled two batches of its Chef’s Selection Meat Free Beef Steaks.
The product contains wheat and barley, both gluten, and milk which are not mentioned on the label, posing a potential health risk for those with allergies and intolerances to dairy and gluten.
The recall relates to 180g packs with batch code 705081 and best before date of December 2016 from Tesco and Morrison’s, and batch 705118, best before January 2017 from Tesco and Asda.
The products can be returned to the retailer for a refund.
