Rail services are returning to normal between Stowmarket and Diss, following delays and alterations while an inspection of the track took place.
Some lines were blocked on Saturday morning as a result of an inspection into a track defect.
Network Rail engineers inspected the tracks and deemed the line safe to run trains at 50mph between the two stations.
Greater Anglia said it may still cause delays of up to eight minutes on services towards Norwich.
