A teenager was seriously injured today after a collision involving a motorbike and a tractor.
The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) were called to near All Saints Church, Dock Road in Ramsholt at 6.37am. An ambulance, a duty officer and a rapid response paramedic attended the scene.
Critical care paramedic Neil Flowers from Suffolk Accident and Rescue Service, who attended the scene, said: “The patient who we believe to be 17-years-old was found trapped against a bank and the tractor for approximately half an hour.
“The patient sustained serious injuries and due to this, he required sedating at the roadside before he was transported to Ipswich Hospital for further care.”
Tim added: “I wish to thank my colleagues, the fire and police for their help and assistance dealing with this incident.”
