A MAN has appeared in court today charged with raping a woman at his Suffolk home.
Anthony Ozoemelan, 47, of Church Lane, Newmarket, is accused of assaulting the woman on April 18.
The supermarket worker was given conditional bail by magistrates to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on April 30.
Sudbury magistrates said he has been released on bail until his next appearance on the understanding he stays at an address of a relative in Tottenham, London and does not enter Suffolk or Cambridgeshire.
