A man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a single car collision near Raydon.
Police said a car collided with a grass bank and burst into flames on Higham Hill at about 6am today.
The driver of the vehicle managed to get out and is not believed to have been injured.
A male was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call 101.
