Mr Kolataj, 34, went missing from Haverhill on May 5 and has not been seen since.
He was last seen at 12pm on that day.
Police and family members are concerned for his welfare.
Mr Kolataj is described at white, 5ft 7in tall, of medium build and with short blond hair.
Anyone who believes that they may have seen him or who has any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the duty sergeant at Haverhill Police Station on 101.
