Rail commuters in Suffolk are warned that services this morning could depart earlier than scheduled due to “seasonal weather and the risk of leaf fall on the line”.

Greater Anglia tweeted the alert this morning, saying it could affect trains from Norwich, Diss, Stowmarket and Ipswich heading towards London before 7.30am.

“Please ensure you check your journey times before travelling for any alterations or changes,” a spokesman added.
