Police officers were called to the scene of a collision in Hall Road in Lowestoft at around 9.25 am.
The collision took place between a Vauxhall Corsa and a Renault Megane.
The road is partially blocked by one of the vehicles.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “An ambulance crew and RRV were dispatched and arrived at the scene of a road traffic collision on Hall Road in Lowestoft at 9:45am.
“A woman in her 20s was taken to James Paget Hospital.”
