ROAD repair work that had cut off one of the main routes out of Ipswich was due to come to an end tonight.
Woodbridge Road had been blocked after problems with a sewer pipe created caused some subsidence.
The road was partially closed at the start of the week and the one-way street has been completely sealed off for the past few days.
Ipswich Borough Council said contractors had now finished the work and the road was due to reopen at 10pm tonight.
