THE Silver Ski Rockets suffered further heartache on the road last night when they lost to Workington.
Rye House went down 49-41 in the Premier League clash at Derwent Park.
After near misses away at Birmingham, Newport, Somerset and Scunthorpe, the Rockets were once again in with a shout of at least a match point entering the nominated race.
However, a 5-1 from home pair Adrian Rymel and Kevin Doolan secured the Comets the points.
Luke Bowen top scored for the visitors with paid 14 points after three races wins.
