Police are investigating after a school building in Bury St Edmunds was broken into last week.
The incident happened around 9.30pm on Sunday, March 22 at Howard Middle School in Beard Road.
The glass in a fire door at the rear of the building was smashed and activated the intruder alarm, but it is not thought that anyone gained entry and nothing was stolen.
The door to an external store cupboard was also forced but nothing was believed to have been taken.
