Colchester man due at Ipswich Crown Court on series of driving offences following collision in Essex town

A 32-year-old man from Colchester is due to appear at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing next month on a series of driving offences.

Ben Moisey, of Ilex Close, was arrested after a collision in Lexden Road, on Friday, June 8.

He pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, criminal damage and two charges of assault by beating.

Moisey has been remanded in custody and will appear at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing on Monday, August 13.
