Speed restrictions along a defective piece of track in Essex are causing rail delays of up to 20 minutes – and some services are being cancelled.
Some services from Chelmsford are being cancelled due to the points failure.
Rail operator Abellio Greater Anglia has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Disruption is expected until 10am.
