Jimmy’s Farm Christmas Fayre
Head down to Jimmy’s Farm for some Christmas cheer.
From mulled wine, a Father Christmas grotto, craft and food stalls, hot food and so much more.
You can even bring your dog as long as they are on a lead.

Lavenham Christmas lantern walk
Lavenham Tourist Information Centre
This Lantern Walk takes you on a tour of Lavenham telling you about the history of Christmases.
Guides will be in costume carrying lanterns – the walk finishes at the iconic Swan Hotel for mulled wine and mince pies.
The Christmas Fair is also taking part that evening, why not do both?

Grab your hats and hold on to your sacks for quite possibly the craziest Santa run you will ever see.
You will laugh so much your sides hurt.

Get creative this weekend with this clay workshop.
Explore a variety of techniques and create your own masterpieces.
It could be a great opportunity to make someone’s Christmas present.
You will be working in a small and friendly group alongside a qualified tutor.
Riverside Ice and Leisure, Chelmsford
Every weekend from December 2 - December 24
Get into the Christmas spirit at the Riverside Winter Wonderland.
There will be an ice rink, a santa’s grotto, festive food and drink and appearances from Pops the penguin.
Skate amongst the beautiful decorations, sing along to Christmas carols and enjoy a great time out with friends and family.
Please note spaces for Santa’s Grotto are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
Demon Xtreme Ice Slider
Castle Park, Colchester
December 1 - January 3
Who needs snow when you can go sledging this weekend without it.
The DX Ice Slider is a 35 metre long ride with five lanes, four lanes are to be used with a plastic sled and the other is for more adventurous riders.
Each person gets 25 minutes to slide down as many times as you can fit in, so the quicker you get up the slope the more rides you have.
Please note the sleds are designed for all ages but height restrictions do apply.
