THOUSANDS of commuters are facing severe delays on trains from London tonight.The 5.30pm train from London Liverpool Street to Norwich ran into problems in the Marks Tey area and was forced to stop for more than an hour.
THOUSANDS of commuters are facing severe delays on trains from London tonight.
The 5.30pm train from London Liverpool Street to Norwich ran into problems in the Marks Tey area and was forced to stop for more than an hour.
A spokesman for National Express East Anglia said there was thought to be a problem with the electrical system on the train, which meant the driver had to shut it down completely before re-booting it.
Trains on the mainline from London are now running with delays of up to 75 minutes.
The spokesman said it was likely delays will continue until the end of service.
