A 36-year-old accused of an attack on two young girls appeared in court today.
Michael Collyer, of Haverhill, is accused of attacking the pair of 12-year-olds as they walked along a footpath at the former railway line near Water's Edge in Haverhill on July 24.
The 36-year-old faces one charge of sexual assault and one of attempted sexual assault.
Magistrates in Bury St Edmunds remanded Collyer, of Hundon Place, in custody until his next appearance at Ipswich Crown Court on September 11.
