Two storage sheds were completely destroyed when a small fire turned into a larger blaze after spreading to a heating oil tank.
The fire started inside a shed in Dale Tree Road, Barrow, just before 10am.
A fire crew from nearby Bury St Edmunds arrived to discover the flames had spread to another shed and a 2,500 litre oil tank.
As the blaze worsened, another crew was called to scene, before back-up was then requested from a third Bury engine.
Both sheds were completely destroyed by the flames, which were brought under control by about 11.15am.
