FOLLOWING the success of Essex MP Sir Alan Haselhurst's first two books on the fictional exploits of the Outcasts Cricket Club, 'Incidentally Cricket' will be published by Queen Anne Press next month.
Conservative member of Parliament for Saffron Walden, Chairman of Ways and Means and Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Alan is also a lifelong enthusiast of the game of cricket and is a member of the Executive Committee of Essex CCC.
He is also a member of Yorkshire CCC, the county of his birth, Rickling Green, Saffron Walden, Halstead, Audley End and Littlebury, as well as the MCC.
