Young actors in a Suffolk school production left the audiences “thrilled and entertained” with their “fantastic performances”.
Sir Robert Hitcham’s Primary School’s recent production of Dragon Days has been hailed a “real treat” with “outstanding” acting, singing and dancing.
Headteacher Helen Picton praised the children for their “terrific performance” at Thomas Mills High School’s main hall stage.
More than 50 year six children took part in the production, which tells the tale of Tommy Rumble who is called on by the villagers of Stumbledorf to fight the dragon whose presence overshadows their otherwise idyllic mountain home.
“The audience were thrilled and entertained by some awesome singing and acting – a real treat,” a spokesman said. The Framlingham school thanked cast and crew together with teachers, assistants and parents for working hard to create a “brilliant spectacle”.
