Glemham Hall attracted big crowds for a day of traditional fun for all the family – with lots of hands-on activities and plenty to watch.
Held in the extensive grounds of the 16th century stately home north of Woodbridge back in 1971, the event included a display by a parachute team, an assortment of fairground attractions, and vintage vehicles on show.
It was a warm summer’s day and some people tried their hand at archery along with a variety of other activities.
Our photos from the day at the hall – currently owned by Major Philip Hope-Cobbold – show that the flamboyant clothes of the late 1960s were still very much in vogue.
