TWO people were taken to hospital after a car ended up in a pond outside the Snape Maltings concert hall.
The drama happened late on Saturday evening as the car ended up in the pond, which is near a parking area at the maltings complex.
A police spokeswoman said no one was thought to have been injured in the accident but the two occupants of the car were taken to hospital for a check-up because they were badly shaken up.
Fire crews from Orford, Saxmundham, and Leiston were called to the incident and helped the two occupants of the car into an ambulance.
The car is expected to be recovered from the pond on Sunday.
