A dog and an off-road vehicle have been stolen during a burglary in Coggeshall.

The crooks responsible broke into an outbuilding at Pattiswich Hall Farm between 6.30pm on October 28 and 7am the following day.

They took more than £16,000 worth of gardening equipment, a green Polaris Ranger off-road vehicle and the occupant’s brown and white Springer Spaniel.

A horesbox seen in the area around 3am on October 29 is suspected of being used to transport the Ranger during the incident.
