A barn fire broke out at a Suffolk farm this evening near outbuildings containing 200 pigs.
Crews from Bungay and Harleston were called to reports of an agricultural building’s roof on fire in The Street in St James South Elmham at about 7.45pm.
Reports followed later that the fire was close to three further outbuildings, one of which contained the pigs. However none of the other buildings were involved in the fire, which was out by 8.40pm.
