A team of Bury St Edmunds teachers and friends are taking up the baton as they join together for the Bury St Edmunds Relay For Life in aid of Cancer Research UK.

The group of teachers from St Louis Middle School will be taking part in the overnight fundraiser at Ickworth Park on July 11-12 in memory of Fred Grimsey, who died from cancer in June last year.

He was a much-loved teacher, friend and assistant head at St Louis Middle, in Bury, for many years.
