Traffic is very slow on the A12 northbound in Essex this afternoon – it is believed that a vehicle towing a horse box has stalled in the road.
Lane one of two is currently closed on a stretch of carriageway between Feering and Marks Tey while highways officers work at the scene.
Motorists have reported delays of around 25 minutes, and traffic is heavy in the area.
