STANSTED Airport workers are to take strike action on Bank Holiday Monday in a dispute over pay.
GMB Union members will strike on August 25 after claiming they were due a pay rise in January but employers Airfield Services were “dragging their feet.”
More than 30 members of staff, who screen baggage on the way to an aircraft's hold, will join the action.
They want a 5% pay rise, and have already rejected a 1.5% offer.
