FANS were left devastated tonight after legendary rockers, Status Quo, axed more gigs in Suffolk due to illness.
“We were informed at 3.39pm today that due to illness, tonight and tomorrow's show at the Regent at Sunday's show in Stoke have been cancelled,” said Shelley Rooker, show and lettings manager at the Ipswich theatre.
“We were very close to selling out; we only had about 30 seats left.”
The Quo had to reschedule their appearances last November 23 and 24 at the Regent after Francis Rossi came down with a chest infection.
