A taxi driver was assaulted by a man during a night-time attack in Stowmarket.
The vehicle had stopped outside a taxi rank in Ipswich Street at about 10.20pm on October 17.
A man came up to the taxi opened the door and began shouting at the male driver before assaulting him.
The driver sustained bruising and pain to the abdomen in the attack.
Police said the suspect is a white man, aged in his thirties, of a slim build with short blonde hair and about 5’10” in height. He was wearing a light blue t-shirt with grey tracksuit bottoms.
The offender was with two white males, believed to be a 19-year-old and an eight-year-old, who were dressed in similar clothing.
