A MAN is being rescued from his car after ploughing into a lamp post.
Two fire crews and two rescue appliances have been sent to the scene on the A1120 at Stowmarket, shortly after 12.35pm.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Police said that a grey Pugeot 206 had struck a lamp post.
A man has been left trapped in his car and firefighters are currently removing the roof to release him.
