SCOUTS are bringing Christmas cheer to people via their own festive postal service.
The 1st & 3rd Stowmarket (Phoenix) Scouts are taking cards around Stowmarket and Combs Ford.
The Scouts collect the post from boxes dotted around the town and then deliver them.
Martyn Bonner, group Scout leader said: “We have been doing it for at least the last 10 years.
“It started as a fundraiser for the group in and around Stowmarket and we have been doing it ever since. Now we get loads of calls each year inquiring if we are still doing it, which is great.”
People can put their cards, which cost 20p each, in boxes until December 19. For more information, go to www.suffolkscouts.org.uk
